Accessibility

The Benton County Fair & Rodeo strives to comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations. Requests for accommodations available to persons with disabilities should be directed to the Fairgrounds Office at (541) 766-6521.

Guest Services

Cash Machine

There is a mobility aid-accessible ATM cash machine located inside on the north end of the Commercial Vendor building (Benton Arena) at the Fairgrounds.

Parking

Guests with a State Disability placard or license plate may park in the designated area in the public parking lots on a first-come, first-serve basis. Regular parking prices still apply. Please ask a parking attendant for availability upon entering the lot.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome throughout the Fairgrounds. No other animals are permitted on the Fairgrounds.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs can be borrowed on a first-come, first-serve basis inside the Fairgrounds. Use requires a valid Oregon State driver's license, military I.D. card, credit card or cash deposit. Quantities are limited. Guests may also bring their own wheelchair.

Information Booth

The Information booth is located in the middle of the Fairgrounds, next to the flag pole. You will find friendly attendants who will help you find whatever it is you're looking for at the Fair.

Restrooms

Wheelchair-accessible stalls built to accommodate those using mobility aids are available throughout the Fairgrounds. A unisex restroom large enough to accommodate someone in a wheelchair accompanied by an attendant is located in the Commerical Vendor Building (Benton Arena).

First Aid & Parent Relief

The First Aid facility, staffed by OSU Recreational Sports Department, will be open for medical needs during all hours of the Fair.  They are located inside on the north end of the Commercial Vendor building (Benton Arena).

Grandstand Rodeo Seating

A wheelchair accessible seating area is located at the Northeast corner of the Outdoor Rodeo Arena.

Stage Seating

Accessible seating is available in the Main Stage reserve seating area, as well as at each of our small stages. The space is available first-come, first-served basis.
