Benton County Holiday EXPO

 

Improvements and Changes for the 2008 Holiday Expo

In order to improve the quality of the Benton County Fairgrounds Holiday Expo changes have been implemented. Listed below are the changes and new aspects of this year’s Holiday Expo:


• Our event will now be called the Benton County Fairgrounds Holiday Expo
• The Holiday Expo will only be a two day event, Friday and Saturday, and hours will be from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Vendors will be selected by jury in order to avoid overlap of vendor products and improve the overall quality of the event
• Wall Spaces and center spaces will both cost $60
• Electricity will only be offered and guaranteed to wall spaces and will cost $10
• Fairgrounds staff will assign table spaces to the best of their ability based on the three preferences the vendor chooses on our application
• Tables will not be assigned unless vendor submits complete payment (this includes booth space, table, and electricity)
• Checks or other forms of payment will not be processed until Friday, October 22nd (if you are not selected to be a vendor your check will be mailed back to you)
