All craft & retail vendors (No used garage sale type items, firearms, food, or beverages for immediate consumption are allowed).
WHERE:
Benton County Fairgrounds Auditorium

PUBLIC HOURS:

Friday, November 23, 2007 - Noon-6pm

Saturday, November 24, 2007 10am - 6pm
Sunday, November 25, 2007 Noon - 4:00

SET-UP:
Friday, November 23, 2007 - 8a-noon.
ALL VENDORS MUST CHECK IN BY 9am NOV. 23 IN ORDER TO SECURE THEIR SPACE
TEAR-DOWN:
Sunday, November 25, 2007 - 4:00-6:00pm
ALL VENDORS MUST REMAIN SET-UP UNTIL THE END OF THE SHOW
ELECTRICITY:
Electricity ONLY available for wall spaces $5.00
TABLES:
Tables are available for $5.00 each (8' long x 30" wide)
CHAIRS:
Chairs are FREE and available at set-up time
SPACE COSTS:

Wall space $65.00 (3 days)

Electriciy (wall Spaces only) $5.00 (3 days)

Center space $60.00 (3 days)

TWO SPACES MAXIMUM PER VENDOR

ADMISSION:
FREE for all ages

2007 Vendor Rules

  • Applications are considered on a first come basis, determined by payment date/time. We will limit vendors by product category.
  • If you are accepted to the 2007 Benton County Fairgrounds Holiday Bazaar, your check will be deposited and you will receive a confirmation letter. If not accepted, your check and application will be returned.
  • All set-up, tear-down, and sale hours must adhered to.Vendors must set-up by Noon on Nov. 23. NO late set-up or early tear-down allowed. Booths must be open during all sales hours.
  • Cancellations will be refunded minus a $20 registration fee if received by November 9, 2007. No refunds will be made for no-shows or cancellations after November 9, 2007.
  • Booth space is 8' long by 6' deep. Tables are 8' long x 30" deep.
  • Displays higher then 5 feet high are allowed at wall booths only. Center booth displays must be under 5 feet tall.
  • Electricity is available for wall booths only and Vendors must provide their own extension cord. The use of electrical facilities does not guarantee that the power source will meet your needs.
  • Tables must be covered. Vendors must provide their own table covering.
  • All items sold must be handcrafted or new commerically produced items. The Benton County Fairgrounds has the right to jury all items sold. Used items are not allowed.
  • No open flames permitted.
  • Vendors are responsible for daily booth trash collection.
  • Unloaded vehicles must be parked away from the doors..
  • No solicitation is allowed outside vendor's booth space. Strict adherence to assigned vendor space, space size, and vehicle parking will be enforced.
  • No phone lines or ATMs at this time.
  • The Benton County Fairgrounds is hereby released from any and all losses. Vendors are responsible for their own security during set-up hours, sale hours, and tear down hours. Doors will be locked after sale hours.
  • Food may only be sold in a made in a certified kitchen with State license displayed during the Sale
